Bring your numbers into Claude or ChatGPT
If you already ask an AI assistant about your health, you can connect it to your Ticker profile. With your permission, it can read your readings, lab results and medications, and answer from them.
Step-by-step guides for ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Muse and others
- Open your assistant’s settings and find Connectors. Some assistants call it MCP or Tools.
- Add a new connection and paste the address.
- Sign in to Triangle when it asks.
- Choose what it can see and which profile to share. Each kind of record has its own read and write switches. Then Accept.

Paste the address. The Triangle sign-in appears the first time Claude uses a Triangle tool.
ChatGPT Business, Enterprise, Edu or Pro

Enter a name and the address, set Authentication to OAuth, then Create as a plugin and sign in to Triangle. In a chat, type @ and pick Triangle.
Works on Business, Enterprise and Edu, where a workspace admin adds it, and on Pro read-only.

Enter a name and the address, then sign in to Triangle and accept.
Grok needs a paid plan. Other assistants that support MCP work the same way.

- What has my morning blood pressure averaged over the past two weeks?
- Write three questions about my blood pressure for my appointment on Thursday.
Said plainly: once you connect an outside assistant, what it reads is handled under that assistant’s own privacy policy, which Triangle does not control, so connect only assistants you trust. It only works with what’s in Triangle and can’t change anything at your doctor’s office. Disconnect any time in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections, and access stops immediately.
