What Ticker does
Cholesterol results you can follow
Each lipid panel in your records becomes a structured result you can follow across the years. Every line is explained in plain language, next to the date a medication started.
Cuff readings beside your labs
Connect a device from Withings, Garmin, Fitbit or another maker, and its readings land next to your lab results and visit notes. You don’t need a cuff to start, because your records come in either way.
A medication list from your records
Ticker lists what you take from your records, including pharmacy fill data when the records contain it. You can see when a dose started or changed.
Questions ready for your appointment
Ask what changed since your last physical, or what your doctor wrote about your blood pressure, and the chat answers from your records. Before you lean on an answer, a second check weighs it against the evidence.
What makes Ticker different
Readings, labs and medications together
Garmin’s or Fitbit’s own app shows what that company’s devices record. Your lipid panels may sit in a patient portal such as MyChart, run by the health system that ordered them. Ticker gathers readings, lab results and medications from many places into one history.
Answers about your numbers, from your records
Ask ChatGPT, Claude or Grok about blood pressure without your records attached, and the answer stays general. Ticker answers from your own readings, results and medications.
Reviewed by a licensed clinician
Ticker members get their medical history reviewed by a licensed clinician. That review sits alongside the plain-language reading of your numbers in the app.
Funded by the people who use it
Ticker is paid for by its members alone; drug makers, labs and hospitals don't fund Triangle.

The team behind Ticker
Ticker is how Triangle helps people follow their blood pressure and cholesterol; the company is Triangle Health, Inc., in Pasadena, California. Arun Verma, once a senior leader at Shopify and Atoms, had a brain tumor found in 2023 and went on to start Triangle as CEO alongside Justin Balthrop and Jonathan Grubb. What he once worked out by hand, Ticker now does for your heart numbers.

How Ticker works
Start the trial

Next, Triangle checks your identity and address; you pick who can see your numbers, sign the consent forms and arrange an intake visit with one of Triangle's clinicians.
Triangle gathers your records
Triangle requests your records over the national networks and lays your lipid panels and visits into one history. Add anything else yourself, and connect your cuff if you use one.

Look through your health topics and medication list, ask the chat whether your LDL moved, share with family, and plug in your own AI assistant if you want. Triangle answers Ticker questions at support@trianglehealth.com.

Frequently asked questions
Who makes Ticker, and what does it do with my heart numbers?
Ticker gathers your blood pressure readings, cholesterol results and medications into one readable history. Triangle makes it, so the account you open for Ticker is a Triangle account.
What will I pay for Ticker?
Ticker starts on a 7-day free trial; you add a card to begin. Once the week is up, it runs $9 a month until you cancel, which you can do any time.
Is Ticker a doctor or a cardiology service?
Neither. Triangle provides research and educational support for your blood pressure and cholesterol records, and it does not diagnose, treat or prescribe. Targets and medicines are for you and your clinicians to decide.
Can ChatGPT, Claude or Grok read my Ticker numbers?
Yes. Each one links to your Ticker numbers over MCP through https://app.trianglehealth.com/mcp, and you choose which readings, results and medications it may see. For each assistant’s steps, see trianglehealth.com/agents.
Is my heart data safe with Ticker?
Your cuff readings and lab results are encrypted in transit and at rest, and Triangle is HIPAA compliant. Triangle never sells your numbers or shares them for advertising, and only people you choose can see your profile.
Do I need a blood pressure cuff?
No. Your records, including the cholesterol results in them, come in either way. If you use a connected device from Withings, Garmin, Fitbit, Oura, Whoop, Polar or Samsung Health, among others, its readings sit next to your records.
Will Ticker tell me what my blood pressure or LDL should be?
No. Ticker shows what your records say and helps you prepare questions, such as what target your doctor is aiming for. Targets and decisions about medication stay with you and your doctor.
Will it get my cholesterol results from my doctor’s office?
Triangle asks for your records over Carequality and TEFCA, two national networks that link many hospitals and clinics. Some offices aren’t reachable that way, so lab reports can go in as PDFs or photos, and Ticker flags what may be missing.
